Amazing customer service. On Saturday We came across a ford focus on car gurus and called Erinwood Ford to get more details. Upon calling, Dave De Giovanni answered, he answere On Saturday We came across a ford focus on car gurus and called Erinwood Ford to get more details. Upon calling, Dave De Giovanni answered, he answered all my questions and we arranged for a test drive that very day. My Daughter and I arrived at Erinwood Ford and was introduced to Dave. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He showed us a few cars and shared details of each on a computer. We then decided on test driving 2 cars and decided on one. We then were introduced to Nick, and he arranged a price that worked out for both of us. After deciding to buy the car, Dave even pointed out a few things they would do to the car, buff out a scuff mark, clean inside and out all that kind of stuff to get it ready for us to pick up on Monday. When we went to pick up the car on Monday we found out that He even replaced the windshield which had a scratch on it from the wiper. I couldn’t be more happy that we ended up at Erinwood Ford. It truly is like a caring family there. We highly recommend Erinwood Ford, especially Dave De Giovanni. He was so patient and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know and then some.
