Due to a recent accident, I needed to replace my 2013 Explorer. I specifically wanted the 2022 Explorer Hybrid, but there were none to be found in Ontario. Victor Nascimento definitely went the extra mil Explorer. I specifically wanted the 2022 Explorer Hybrid, but there were none to be found in Ontario. Victor Nascimento definitely went the extra mile in locating and obtaining the only Hybrid available. Despite the location of the vehicle some 400 km's away, he arranged a driver to trade his vehicle for the Hybrid and had it picked up, and put me into it within a couple days. Outstanding! Especially since I needed the vehicle for weekly long drives. The alternative would have been to wait at least a month or longer to get the same vehicle. And, by the way, what an excellent vehicle it is! He and Rob Ahamad make a formidable team and treated my family and I like family! I bought our first Explorer from Victor and Rob 9 years ago, now have my second and will definitely return to Erinwood for future vehicles. Thank you so much for de-stressing the vehicle purchase experience! More

Matt Trueman was great to work with and went out of his way to find us the perfect vehicle that met our needs. We had called in inqu way to find us the perfect vehicle that met our needs. We had called in inquiring about a particular used vehicle that was listed on the site. Matt went to look into it and called us back saying that it had already been sold. He took all our requirements, and within 1/2 hour called back with another vehicle that had just come in, and wasn't yet listed on the site. The next day, Matt came in on his day off to meet us so we could test drive the vehicle. Matt was very personable and down to earth. The vehicle was in perfect condition, immaculate inside and out. Would highly recommend Matt and Erinwood Ford. More

The Erinwood Dealership was the only Ford dealer that did not exploit the pandemic by charging higher prices.
