Scott and Sid always provide excellent service, but with no prompting from me, they convinced head office to contribute to a very expensive replacement which was not under warranty because they felt it should not have failed. They went further and convinced the dealership to also contribute as good will. I ended up paying $900 for a $4000 repair. I have found a big difference in the service departments I have used in the past several years, including Mercedes, Jaguar, and BMW. At Erin Mills Lexus, they go the extra mile. More

Absolutely NO question or request went unanswered. Even Dominika, who was not my primary contact (it was Eric), answered several of my questions. She even came outside to greet me and was genuinely excited and happy for me when picking up my new RC 350 AWD. Such sincerity is hard to find at most of today's businesses. All the staff is knowledgeable, extremely personable and quite patient. Instead of "selling" me a vehicle, Mike and Eric worked very hard to help me decide what is the best purchase for me and my situation. The efforts of Mike and Eric are the clear definition of true customer service: customer needs FIRST, not their sales targets.
