We continue to enjoy this vehicle immensely, but a big part of that enjoyment originates with the service experience delivered by the team, in our case, starting with Paul M. and now Carly T. Without getting into details, suffice to see we are treated fairly, and with respect and courtesy at each and every interaction, and this past week's visit was no exception. The car is getting older and requires more and more in the way of ongoing service (as they tend to over time), but unlike with other vehicle brands, I still feel as though we are treated the same as we were when the car was brand new, which only leads to a greater sense of loyalty to the Lexus brand over time. Believe it or not.....I actually look forward to bringing our second (Lexus) vehicle in for seasonal tire change and service in a couple of weeks!
