(We live five and a half hours away). Jason called on our timing and arranged the payment type ahead of time. Upon arrival at the dealership, Shawn lived up to his word. We got what we were looking for, no hard up-sale, no pushy salesmen-ship, a warm conversation and a firm handshake; We had our new Buick.
