wish I could make it zero stars. I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. I do have a video anyone can tell I travelled 3hrs to purchase a vehicle and upon getting there they tried to sell me a vehicle with damaged lifters. I do have a video anyone can tell it doesn't sound right. unfortunately I can't post it here, they tried several times to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle even though the salesman himself told me the last 3 buyers before me pointed out the same issues and refused to purchase the vehicle as well. I Truly hope this post sends any potential buyers else where and prevents anyone from being ripped off by this criminal organization. Even got a follow up email from Troy Sorge in which I explained the situation and sent the video, though like my questions remained unanswered. More

Treated well, didn't like when asking the sales Manger questions about why we have to buy 2to3k in warranty on a used vehicle if it was compulsory and he just talked around it. Now I have warranty that is questions about why we have to buy 2to3k in warranty on a used vehicle if it was compulsory and he just talked around it. Now I have warranty that is likely not good where I live and have to go to the city to use it which takes a whole day for me.I wanted a payment of $400 or less and it ended up being 564 and if they had told me for 20 more I could have bought a xt4 new with full warranty. Like most dealers they don't listen to the customer. I did have an issue coming home (no heat) and they allowed me to take it to a local dealer for repairs on their dime and they quick about it and I thank them for that. I find they were better than the dealers that I live near and prices are better. I don't like being forced to by extra warranty. If I had known for a bit more I could have been in a new suv I would have most likely gone that route . Took payment from their website. For the xt4. Thanks, Rick Stieben More
