Worst experience ever! Totally ignored while looking at vehicles, a salesman walked by us and didn’t say one word to us. Finally we went in to get information on a car, boy Totally ignored while looking at vehicles, a salesman walked by us and didn’t say one word to us. Finally we went in to get information on a car, boy was that a mistake. Talk about feeling unwanted.Asked a price for one of the vehicles the salesman went to look and the other salesman said the price but didn’t turn to look at us. We asked to look at it and the salesman at this point still didn’t say anything to us. Once outside he unlocked the doors and that’s it, never said more than two words to us. By this time we were so mad we lost complete interest in the car we just wanted to leave. Never have we felt so uncomfortable and unwanted at a CAR DEALERSHIP before!! The one thing he did say to us as we were leaving was how quiet business was today. Keep treating customers like this and Don Wheaton might have more quiet days!! More

I am very happy with my new vehicle, and Robyn was really good to deal with up front, it was a no-pressure sales atmosphere, which I was really happy with. My only disappointment was when we came to pick the vehicle up, Robyn was late for the appointment which had been scheduled the week before, and then rushed us through the pickup process. It felt like now that the deal was done, we were just taking up her time, she really didn't have time to fully explain things to us, it felt like "just take the vehicle and go, I have someone else coming in.".
