Never deal with Crestview in Regina if you can avoid it! They tried to rip me off for over $1,700 in a very dirty deal that they later claimed was a "miscommunication". Lots of backtracking on their part They tried to rip me off for over $1,700 in a very dirty deal that they later claimed was a "miscommunication". Lots of backtracking on their part which they only did because I called them out on what they were trying to do. Good thing I know how to stand up for myself and I walked away with paying for only 2 hours of diagnostics, which was what I had expected originally. Every time I have to deal with them for a recall or something my regular service provider cannot do they try to use scare tactics to get more things fixed when it is not necessary. This time I will be escalating this experience to the owners of Crestview so they know what is going on over there. Talking to the service manager is like talking to a game show host. Horrible experience that I did not need during a very high stress time in my life. Shame on them for what they tried to do. More
