Won't ever return to this dealership Initially, I was excited about my transaction with Crestview. They were giving me a generous trade in for my vehicle and were efficient and prompt wit Initially, I was excited about my transaction with Crestview. They were giving me a generous trade in for my vehicle and were efficient and prompt with my sale. I test drove and confirmed my purchase of the vehicle in the evening and went to the dealership the next afternoon to sign off on the sale. After the sale was complete, The finance person I dealt with had pre-selected the payment date for my loan without discussion with me and it went against my payment periods. In order to change my payment period withe bank they processed my loan through, the bank expected me to pay for two loan payments two days apart (over $1000) to adjust my payments to match my pay days. I noticed there were very obvious scratch marks across the passenegr side of the vehicle that went unnoticed in the evening when I took a look at it. The salesmen said to bring it back in and they'd sort it out. After bringing it back (and dealing with awful customer service in the back end of the dealership), there was nothing they would do. It was a used car and you take it as it because it'd cost them too much to fix the scratches. Or I had the option to exchange it within 30 days (and go through the whole process with them again). And the additional smack in the face was that there was excessive stains in the back seating, they didn't even bother to shampoo out. After so much frustration I dealt with the shampooing of the seats myself because I couldn't fathom going back to deal with them again. I'm heartbroken by my experience. I have major buyers remorse and I wished I had done everything differently. I'm not happy with the vehicle, I'm not happy with my experience and the trade in value for my previous vehicle is nowhere near the worth of everything I experienced working with this dealership. In fact, I won't even taken them up on the engine warranty, I'll get my oil changes elsewhere. More

He took the time to explain everything really well and addressed any concerns I had with extra costs by crunching numbers for different scenarios.
