Excellent Job!! I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. I had not made up my mind to purchase one, I was having a hard time imagining the transition fro I visited Crestview to get informatoin on a Minivan. Andrew really took his time to answer my questions and help me become comfortable with my choice. I know this was time consuming for him and I know he was busy but he and his team made me feel comfortable and important. Steph, while not my primary salesman took his time to help me clean out my vehicle and expalin all the options my new Grand Caravan had. He answered all my quesitons, big and small, even though it was the end of the day and did not make me feel rushed. Marcus also alswered all my finance questions and explained the process to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely reccomend Crestview and thier sales staff to friends and family. The service department will have a lot to live up too. :-) More

Purchase of a vehicle Poor customer service. Manager talked down to myself and my spouse. When we asked him questions his response was "NO". No explanation provided. No Poor customer service. Express Lane Service Quick & Competent I suspect I got somewhat lucky in that there was nobody in the express lane when I arrived. I've used this service twice before and both times there I suspect I got somewhat lucky in that there was nobody in the express lane when I arrived. I've used this service twice before and both times there was only 1 car ahead of me & they were able to service the 2 cars at once. The Service Advisor, Harry Rehlan, seemed very knowledgeable about what I needed. When I asked him a question to which he wasn't sure about the answer, he followed up with somebody who knew the answer which I really appreciated! He sought me out in the waiting area to discuss the matter with me so I could make an informed decision regarding the specific service I "needed" vs up-selling me on something I didn't need! Harry advised me the service should take approximately 20 minutes and my car was ready to go in 30 minutes which was certainly met my expectations. I find their price for the oil change and a couple of other things I had done competitive with other dealers in Regina. More

Leo, the driver was very kind as well and he dropped me off in the morning and picked me up in the afternoon. Today was not a busy day and it was fast and I didn't spend a lot of time waiting or travelling around the city. And this service is free which is great! But Crestview prices in general are not cheap. Anyway, as long as you get a very good service that's the most important. More

Oil change and recall issue Scheduled my car a week and a half in advance to have the oil changed and have a recall taken care of. Brought the car in on Monday and was informed a Scheduled my car a week and a half in advance to have the oil changed and have a recall taken care of. Brought the car in on Monday and was informed at 430 PM that they were not able to get my car in. I had the choice of leaving now it or bringing it back the next day. At that point, what did it matter? I left it overnight. I called the next day at 1130 and it was still not done. I was informed they were working on it. I called once again at 3 and had to leave a message. When they finally called me back a little while later, I was told that there were 3 other vehicles that didn't get looked at and that my car was only just going in for the oil change at 330! I am not impressed at all. I have considered trading my car off just so I don't have to deal with Crestview any more. They didn't give me a discount on my oil change. Didn't wash my car. Nothing but a "sorry." What is the point of making an appointment when they don't keep it anyways? I've never had an issue with service until this time. I understand it is not Ryan's fault, however, why should I need to book this in if they can't fit me in at the scheduled time anyways? More
