He was patient in answering ALL my questions I had on the Ford Edge. There was NO pressure. I found him very truthful. We worked together in finding the right vehicle, at the right price that I wanted. Adel also very friendly, he reviewed and explained all the offers & Ford financing making sure I had no questions. Juan Montoya spent over an hour reviewing all of the vehicles mechanisms making sure I understood everything before I drove away in my new vehicle.
