Thank you to Jennifer in service and tech Eric. After dealing with Kentwood ford and having 4 clutch replacements in the last 4 years and sherwood ford and them doing nothing, they actually listened to w dealing with Kentwood ford and having 4 clutch replacements in the last 4 years and sherwood ford and them doing nothing, they actually listened to what I was telling them. WheI had to have my computer system completely replaced and I just had the 5th clutch replacement but because the tech actually took the time to go through the car, he actually found a leak at the valve cover that the previous dealerships didn't find, probably because they weren't looking. I have never gotten such good service from a dealership and really hope this is the last time the car has to go back in. Thank you city ford for actually going above and beyond to actually take the time to diagnose the car. More

Be really careful when deciding to purchase the Ford extended warranty, unlike most new vehicle insurance/extended warranty plans City Ford ,Ford Canada do not reimburse anything in the event you sell y extended warranty, unlike most new vehicle insurance/extended warranty plans City Ford ,Ford Canada do not reimburse anything in the event you sell your vehicle, yup they just keep it and call it a day. I’ve never had this issue with any other vehicle brand and their extended warranty, just Ford Canada .You are better off purchasing a plan on your own. More
