Just Brutal I had been in contact with there "Businessd Development Manager, Ruben for more than a week about my interest in a 2009 Infiniti. We had exchanged se I had been in contact with there "Businessd Development Manager, Ruben for more than a week about my interest in a 2009 Infiniti. We had exchanged several email about the car and some questions I had. Ruben up to that point was very helpful. Friday I sent an email that I would be coming down to see the car on Saturday, Ruben had asked several times if Satruday was a good day for me to drive from Edmonton to Calgary to see the car. Saturday morning he replyed to my email at 9:29 am saying he was waiting for my arrival at the dealership. I get there....and the car had been sold the previous night! I drove three hours one way for nothing! Then to add insult to injury Ruben emails me at 9:35 to say the car is sold and I should stop in to see if they can sell me a different car! I"m thinking "I'm sorry" might have been more appropriate. I don't begrudge the dealership for selling the car, but Ruben should have left *some* kind of notice that a potential customer was coming from out of town to look at that specific car and to contact me if the car sold previous to my arrival. Safe to say they won't be getting my business. More

Post-sales service was exceptional! The vehicle detailing returned it to "new" in all aspects. The finance department was organized, informative and efficient. The process to train the customer on the vehicle's many options followed a very logical and well structured sequence and totally informative. Their showroom, the customer waiting area, their service facility and the vehicle pickup room were clean, bright and very welcoming. I wish I could say better things. I found Mark to be very insincere. He followed just about every car salesman "trick" that I have read about. There was no effort to qualify my needs I found Mark to be very insincere. He followed just about every car salesman "trick" that I have read about. There was no effort to qualify my needs, wants and budget for a vehicle. His focus was on the sale, not facilitating the purchase of the best possible car for ME. He took far too long to return the test vehicle to it's spot - over 5 minutes, when it took less than one to get it. I just didn't trust him, and felt like he was manipulative (granted in a very nice, polite way). I hate that you have to go through someone that doesn't have the ability to make the call about pricing; it's a totally unnecessary middleman that adds to the time needed to complete the transaction, and detracts greatly from the experience. I look forward to the day when dealerships can just have upfront pricing that is non-negotiable so that car shopping is not such and ordeal and something to dread. More
