Incredible Experience! I recently bought my very first car. After visiting several dealerships in St. Catharines where I live, I ended up at Cardinal Kia where I met Majid S I recently bought my very first car. After visiting several dealerships in St. Catharines where I live, I ended up at Cardinal Kia where I met Majid Sheikh. After an almost immediate reply to my email that answered my many questions, I dropped by the dealership and was greeted with the friendly smile of Shazab. We were led into Majid's office where he was excited to help me into the beautiful Nissan Sentra I had my eye on so I could take her for a spin. He was happy to provide all the information I needed to discuss the options with my insurance company and welcomed me back a couple days later with a fantastic deal to fit my tight financial situation. We sealed the deal with hugs and the feeling of family. My new Sentra was all shined up and ready earlier than promised and I drove away beaming from ear to ear. I've already recommended Majid to friends and strangers alike. When you need a car, this is the guy is take care of all of your needs and leave you very happy with your entire car buying experience. The Best Customer Service! This was my first time taking my car to this location to be serviced and I definitely will be coming back in the future! Upon inspection of my car, I found out that it needed to stay in the shop overnight to get work done, which was inconvenient for me. Luckily, they gave me a loaner car no problem! Shelly was great. Amazing Customer Service I went to Kia this morning to drop off my car for a service 3 and I told Shelly that I had to take some things out of my car and wait for my niece to I went to Kia this morning to drop off my car for a service 3 and I told Shelly that I had to take some things out of my car and wait for my niece to pick me up. Well, to my surprise Shelly told me that she a had a courtesy car for me. Now, that's what you call "great service" I also asked about getting my car detailed at such short notice with no appointment and she said sure no problem. We have time. Everytime I go to this Kia ( cause its the only Kia I deal with) I get great customer service from ALL departments. Great job to everyone there. This is why I rated you a 5. Sandy More

Great experience, will be back! I had never been to a KIA dealer and was interested to have a look at the Sorrento. I was greeted instantly, and felt very comfortable asking question I had never been to a KIA dealer and was interested to have a look at the Sorrento. I was greeted instantly, and felt very comfortable asking questions and taking vehicles for a test drive. I was very open about just beginning my vehicle search, and that I would not be purchasing that day. Other dealerships I visited were not overly receptive to that, and made me feel like a waste of time, and that I did not deserve the effort as I was not purchasing at this time. The employee at Cardinal KIA still treated me as a customer and did not make me feel like an inconvenience in any way. This was such appreciated that I will absolutely be back and recommend it to my friends. More
