This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department is unbelievable. I went just to get my winter tires swapped out. I had an appointment for 11:00 am. On arrival I was told I would have a two hour wait. Literally one minute later it had changed to three hours. Not the first time a simple service such as am oil change took way longer than necessary. Time to take my business somewhere else. 🤨 Needless to say I took my seasonal tires and left. My husband ended up switching them out for me. Unacceptable!! More
