positive experience with this dealer i met kyle who showed me the car showed all the options and had a test drive and bought the car rans went over all the options available for extended warranties picked up the car and met with kyle again revied all the car options again very happy with this dealership and highly recommend if your looking for a car

I changed cell phones recently and couldn’t get my iPhone to sync with Apple CarPlay. So I went to the Kia dealership where I bought my Kia Soul and I just want to give a shout out to staff member Thomas Pestana. Thomas was able to sort out the connection promptly and efficiently. He was friendly and so helpful. I would have been reduced to YouTube if it hadn’t been for him so heads up Kia: you have a great employee here! Thanks Thomas!
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The service department is unbelievable. I went just to get my winter tires swapped out. I had an appointment for 11:00 am. On arrival I was told I would have a two hour wait. Literally one minute later it had changed to three hours. Not the first time a simple service such as am oil change took way longer than necessary. Time to take my business somewhere else. 🤨 Needless to say I took my seasonal tires and left. My husband ended up switching them out for me. Unacceptable!!
