Steve has printed out a huge manual for us to read....we still have not gotten things to work how we would like. We did bring it in and were told it was a software thing and it should get better???

My first priority is to ensure that you become comfortable with your new wheels and all of the comforts and conveniences that your vehicle has to offer so that you can start enjoying your purchase! If you could provide me with your name (or the serial OR inventory number of your vehicle, if you prefer to remain anonymous-- both can be found on your paperwork and on the vehicle, and I can assist you with details on locating them). This information will allow me to find the option content of your new vehicle. Then what I would like to do is arrange a date/time of your choosing that I can introduce you to a member of my team. This person will pair your phone(s) to BlueTooth, help you configure all available personalization settings, explain and teach how all available technology works, and make sure that ALL of your questions are answered to your satisfaction. We can also get some more information from you on this "software thing" and see if there's something we can do to remedy that issue. Would this be an agreeable first step for you? Yu asked if there were other items to discuss...as per the first email, these are the things that happened to us during the buying process that were disappointing..but as I said, we seemed to have just accepted things the way they are so I guess we will have to live with this. But at least being able to use the iPod and phone features would be a great start. thank you again for taking the time with us.
