Terry McCrystal was excellent to deal with.....the other staff we dealt with were also very polite and friendly. BUT, I feel that when we spend $15,000 that we should get a little extra as a Thank You for staff we dealt with were also very polite and friendly. BUT, I feel that when we spend $15,000 that we should get a little extra as a Thank You for doing business at your establishment and we got nothing except a 5th oil change free card and a free car wash card.....whatever. When we drove away in our new car, the gas tank only had 1/4 tank, there was still a pen/ink mark on the back seat AND paint chips not fixed. These few inexpensive items would have made us so much happier but instead we were told over and over that the car was priced incorrectly so there was nothing extra they could do....excuse me, but the incorrect pricing wasn't our fault! There was a cigarette burn in the back seat that we asked to have fixed...yes it was fixed but it cost US $90 to do fix it....unbelieveable. I'm sorry if it sounds like we are grumpy and we are a little even though we are very happy with the car we purchased. Your business just made us feel like we were thanking you for selling us a car rather than you appreciating our business! More

We found Everett very accomodating. He came in on his day off to assure we could see the vehicle we were interested in.
