I was seeking a dealership that was professional in their approach to customer service and I found that the team at Capital exceeded my expectations. My opinion of the Capital's team is that they seek to provide a high customer satisfaction rating through professionalism, knowledge and a seamless team environment - all working together in sales, financing, service and management. It was evident that their approach to providing the customer's experience goes beyond the 'sell' of the vehicle and that they are seeking a relationship with the customer that produces a longer term relationship. One employee who continually exceeded my expectations was Jesse Fleming. Jesse is passionate about the vehicles he represents for the Capital team. It is obvious that Jesse has taken the initiative to develop a deep understanding of the vehicles he sells and is a valuable member of the Capital team. Jesse possesses a passion for the Cadillac brand. Due to Jesse's depth of knowledge, he was able to provide an in-depth orientation of the Cadillac models and could easily make knowledgable comparisons to other vehicles in order to inform choice and ultimately decision. After the sale was complete, Jesse has offered further advice to maximize the product's capability, has been readily available for questions and has handled any concerns with ease. My final comment, relative to the rating, is that my historical experiences with car dealerships has been very negative due to an environment of high pressure sales tactics, significant wait time (awaiting the sales rep to 'speak to the manager'), and ultimately feeling devalued as a consumer making a costly purchase. My experience with Capital was a complete 180 degree change when compared to my previous encounters. In summary, I would highly recommend Capital GMC, Buick, Cadillac for any consumer seeking a positive car dealership experience. More

The sales people were great and I purchased a few add on to my truck. The first day I brough it in to get the extras done which cost me a days wages at time and a half wich was okay as it was my truck. Brou to my truck. Brought it in at 7am and received a phone call at 3pm to pjck up, when I got there all they did was install mud flaps and the wrong ones at that. the next time I brought it in same thing 7am got back at 3pm nothing was done as they put the undercoating on a different truck and said they could not put the box railes on because they would not tighten up. I took the truck home put the box rails on and they pulled out, it took me 5 min. to realize the bolt did not have enough thread on them, I put more thread on and they work great but now I had a big hole underneth the bar as they did not check to see if the cover plate would cover they hole they maid so I had to get plates made up to cover the holes. The next time i brought the truck in I left it there and they gave me a loner till mine was fixed. They brought it to my place at night and I had a quick look and said okay looks good. In the mean time I purchased a front grill and told them I would install which I did. After they fihured out everything I was getting a check back for 100 and some dollers but I owed them 300 and something for the grill. I told them that we will call it even since I lost three days wages and had to put on the box rails and cover there mistakes and having plates made up to cover there holes. This is all on a brand new 60,000 dollar truck. They said they would get back to me and in a few hours they agreed to call the slate clean. Now 3 days later I go to wash the truck and some of the undercoating just peels off as well they have over spray on my step rails. I went back and they said they would re spray and clean up the rails when I bring it in since I have put the truck away for the winter. Would I recommand this dealership NO. The sales people are great but the workmanship is terrable. More

I have been looking for a newer vehicle for a while and a lot of the dealerships don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door or the entire time you are inside looking around. At Capital GMC, I was greeted right away and treated with the upmost respect. I was not treated any differently or talked down to because I was a female. Everyone was willing to help me, were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It was like walking into visit family & not a car dealership. I also like that the sales people are willing to work together to help each other make a sale. Now that the sale is done I don't feel I will be treated any differently and I feel that I can call and ask questions without being belittled like I was at the last dealership I used. The people at Capital GMC are willing to help you no matter what and in a very respectful way. More

I stopped in to just have a look. Everett was great, no pressure and very patient. We found a great car at a even better price. Matt made the paperwork painless and quick.
