I was looking at vehicles online and i was curious of the vehicles availability so i clicked the link and filled out my information. Lana called me instantly asking me what i would like to further know about vehicles availability so i clicked the link and filled out my information. Lana called me instantly asking me what i would like to further know about the vehicle or if i had any questions. She was able to get back to me the next morning with all my questions answered and as well she was able to show me other vehicles of interest based on my price range and vehicle type. After the sale she offered to take me on a tour and showed me every department and introduced to me to the people i would be dealing with in the future for servicing and accessory department. overall i had a great experience and felt that i was helped greatly and all my needs were met. I've dealt with Fred Petrowich for a number of years. I think I've bought or leased the last 10 vehicles from Fred. Fred is a no non-sense kind of guy, which I really appreciate. Purchased a used 2007 F150. SALESMAN LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PRICE AND TRADE-IN OFFER WAS WRONG AND DECEITFUL. Little did I know they include the 5% PST and 5% GST tax savings to the trade-in offer to make it l PRICE AND TRADE-IN OFFER WAS WRONG AND DECEITFUL. Little did I know they include the 5% PST and 5% GST tax savings to the trade-in offer to make it look larger than it is (3300$ + 160 PST +160 GST = offer of 3620$). Problem is my truck had PST already paid and was told I was getting 3620$. Was not given a break down of the deal until after I wrote a cheque. Complained to the finance manager that I was charged the admin fee and that I specifically negotiated a price including the admin fee and reconfirmed with the salesman after we said deal but was told since the salesman didn't write that on the sheet I'm basically SOL and that "this happens". Was advised that no matter what the salesman promises or says it has to be written on the sales offer sheet or it basically means nothing. I told the finance manager even their trade-in offer was incorrect on the sales offer sheet. He confirmed it was wrong and that is all. I did however get 357$ back for an inspection service they didn't even perform but again if I wouldn't have complained they would've kept the money for something they didn't do. I'm still contemplating putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I DETEST BEING LIED TOO. More
