Good people, great prices Greg Williams was awesome to work with, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Dealership needs organizing better. Was looking for a Malibu, Greg went and got keys for a few cars, all labeled Malibu, spent to much time looking for the car's in the parking lot, one of the keys was opening a Ford Fusion but labeled for a Malibu. Entered the car stock number that I wanted onto Capital's computer and it came back saying it was a Impala. The day I went to pick up my purchase I was unable to register the vehicle due to the fact another salesman gave part of my documentation to another customer, the correct papers were given to me the following day. I had to deal with the issue of my cars paperwork being registered to someone else vehicle at my insurance brokers. Overall I am satisfied but the ordeal could be made a lot simpler, this is the 3rd car I have purchased from Capital but first time I had any trouble. More

Buyer Beware The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage t The options listed on the website were not even close to accurate. The warranty information I was provided via telephone was wrong. There was damage to the vehicle that was not noted anywhere in the documentation nor was it mentioned verbally prior to signing the paperwork. Due to the weather this damage was not noticed by ourselves until after the deal was done. I was offered a $100 credit certificate on the website (which I printed and presented to the credit manager) which was not honoured at the dealership. Drove for 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership under the assumption that the options listed on their website advertising was accurate and I don't believe that the information regarding the body damage was forthcoming via email, telephone or personal contact we had with the people at the dealership. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth as far as honesty and honour goes and I would make sure you read the finest of the fine print before committing to any purchase. More
