No clue whats going in every department. Bought new truck which from the beginning I get a kick out of when I asked if it would be cleaned they asked if it was that dirty. Floor wasn't that bad I guess some packing strands laying around, suction cup imprints on window from factory. Didn't feel like complete new to me. They did show me quite well which lines to sign on of course before the purchase. Bed liner had got sprayed wrong have owned the truck now for 5 months trucks been in 4 times going in for its 5th to maybe finally get fixed. Also I don't know why they call and say it has been fixed when nothing has been any different. Other than leaving my truck in parking lot with the back window down and personal and business belongings exposed. They must be babysat through all of there own process also. I had a scratched part in vehicle from new they said would change but could be months before it could be done. I then called to see where this part was and they had no recognition of this work order or part. I cancelled the whole process being if they cant handle a work order I don't want them touching my truck anymore. I would maybe monitor the waiting room comments also cause I witnessed a lot of other angry customers drove in from out of town and told they wouldn't be able to get service that day. If the dealer cant handle it they shouldn't have the licence to sell all these vehicles. More

The purchase of our 2012 Cadillac SRX! Well I have too say that I think Capital GMC in Regina is a fantastic place to buy your next car or truck!. From the time I walked thru the doors t Well I have too say that I think Capital GMC in Regina is a fantastic place to buy your next car or truck!. From the time I walked thru the doors to the time of purchase there was no pressure. We were truly unsure of what we were looking for. After meeting with the best sales guy there(Ron Gelowitz!!!!!). We test drove a number of units and then left to talk it over. Ron took the time to answer any questions we had and after all the time. We decided on a beautiful 2012 Cadillac SRX!. We had owned vans for years and wanted a nice suv. well after spending the time with Ron Geliwitz the choice was made!. We came in again and met with Dan Broderick and then Matt Fischer the business guy. While Ron got our Cadillac ready for the delivery!. the group of guys were great!. Our family is so happy with the SRX and find so many people who say is that new! it looks New!. I will be back! Great selection!. Great staff!. But most of all Ron!. I have to say you were the biggest reason we purchased from Capital Pontiac. Ron we are so pleased that you looked after us!!!. We made a great bond and that made buying a vehicle a lot easier. I like that he wasn't pushy, and he got to know me and what I was looking for. His patience with me was awesome. Would totally refer him to anyone looking in the market. Josh was also very good as he helped me in many ways financially. Lastly, Jessica was also a pleasant face. She made everything go smoothly for me with very little to no hiccups! That entire team was absolutely great to me!!! Very glad I was able to have them there for me! Kudos guys!! More
