2007 Cadillac SRX Purchase At the start of the adventure to find ourselves a second vehicle, we were not sure what we were going to find within our budget. Ron, at all times wa At the start of the adventure to find ourselves a second vehicle, we were not sure what we were going to find within our budget. Ron, at all times was professional, understanding and very patient! We did our first deal and gave a deposit but after all was said and done...we felt that it just was not the right purchase for us and discontinued the purchase. We felt bad...as Ron had worked with us for quite sometime, but even after backing away from the deal, he still continued to have our best interests in front. Ron continued to look on our behalf for that suitable unit that we were looking to purchase. He maintained contact with us with up dates of what was in and so on. We did finally purchase a vehicle through Ron and we could not be happier with the price, awesome customer service, and honesty that Ron provided!!!! Again, thanks to Ron over a very long process......we drove away very happy customers..and yes we will return if another vehicle purchase is in the future. He was patient and understanidng and appeared to be more interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me, and was not wanting just to make another sale. He was very knowledgeable with respect to the GMC Sierra product line, and all of the available options and how one package affected the other. I do not buy a new vehicle very often, and as a result, I had many questions. This purchasing process required numerous visits to the dealership on my part, and numerous phone calls, before I was able to commit to the vehicle that I felt was right for me. Ian never once pressured me to make a decision that I was not comfortable with, and for that I am truly grateful. He remained professional and patient throughout the entire purchasing process. In my opinion, Capital GM is fortunate to have people like Ian. I hope he is still part of their staff when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, as I will be looking to deal with him in the future. I would be interested in knowing what kind of ratings some of these sales people would end up with six months after the sale. Does everyone end up with the right vehicle, or do many just end up with whatever it takes to make a sale. I know that in the end, the decision was all mine, with no heavy pressure coming from Ian. They Make the Time for You! I went there on Saturday April 26/14 and it was crazy busy as they had their spring sale on. I had booked an appointment through the online chat Tanya was great at getting the information to me on the vehicles that I wanted to look at. She set me up with Ian Kearns for the appointment. Ian knew that he was bust at the time I needed to come in and he got his counter part Gregg Williams to step in. Gregg was great, very patient and brought any vehicle up for me to test drive.Even though it was crazy busy Gregg still kept us in mind when we came back from test drives and juggled his time with other customers to get the next test drive up to the door for us After trying several I thought that I narrowed it down but had to think on it. Gregg was great on making sure that I had all the information that I needed and then sent me emails confirming sale pricing and perks on each vehicle that I was looking at. The following Tuesday I returned to test drive again. I ended up changing my mind lol. I went from looking at used to a new SUV still couldn't decided. I called the next day to let Gregg know that new is was. He got Jazz to start all the loan approval process and shortly there after it was done. I live out of Regina and could only come back in quickly on Saturday to get my new SRX. Gregg and Ian both help with the information and soon got us on the road! . More
