My First New Vehicle Purchase I went to Capital GMC for my first new vehicle purchase. I had called them prior to visiting, as I was from out of town, and I wanted to know more ab I went to Capital GMC for my first new vehicle purchase. I got an answer back right away and was even told how much I could be approved for. I made the trip down the next day and received nothing buy great service! They had the vehicles I wanted to test ready for me when I got there and everyone you saw had a smile on their face. Everyone was laid back and I never felt as if I was being pressured into buying something I didn't want. Everyone involved with my sale truly wanted to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. More

The website is organized and easy to use and makes used car shopping much easier. I looked at several new vehicles at other dealerships on the same day as well, but I just found this shopping experience easier - it just seemed like Terry was trying to match a vehicle to my needs not just sell me the most expensive car he could talk me into. This is the first used vehicle I have purchased for myself in over 20 years after several new trucks and SUV's, and I feel like I saved myself a lot of money by giving up a year and a few miles on this SRX and I still have a pretty sweet car with lots of warranty and still has that new car smell. After checking out some floor models, we went to Garry's office to discuss what we were looking for in a vehicle, and he was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Once we had spent some time with Garry, Shaun Barabonoff came to speak to us. Shaun was also very warm and helpful. On our return visit, on May 24th, to pick up our new Encore, Kevin Gatschene met with us, and explained the finance side of the sale. Kevin was also very helpful. Before we left, there were a few details to take care of and Garry, although he was very busy, took the time to sit and talk with us until the new vehicle was ready to go. All in all, our time spent at Capital GMC was a very pleasant experience. More
