Best Purchasing Experience I went in to replace a vehicle that I've had for many years and was sort of sad that I had to go through the "car buying experience" again as it can b I went in to replace a vehicle that I've had for many years and was sort of sad that I had to go through the "car buying experience" again as it can be an uncomfortable situation. I was greeted by Mitch who was quite helpful and knowledgeable right away. He asked what I wanted to browse for and helped point me in the right direction. He showed me every option available never once making me feel pressured. I looked around for three hours and decided to come back after I had time to weigh my options. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted to buy my new vehicle from Mitch and Capital GMC. Two weeks later I returned and spent another four hours doing the same thing until I found exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so friendly and incredibly patient with me. The main goal was to make sure I was pleased with my purchase without a second thought and I could not be happier.
