Sarath was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. He picked me up on his day off to get the vehicle so I could drive it from the dealership. When the vehicle showed some issues, he dealt with Management to ensure that Capital would take care of the repairs, even though this was an "As Traded" vehicle. Considering the expense of the repair we are extremely grateful that he worked so hard on our behalf to have this covered. He also provided a vehicle to drive while our purchased one was in the shop. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle from Sarath. He was knowledgeable, kind, supportive and did absolutely everything he could to ensure our confidence and make this experience a positive one. I know that dealerships can have a stigma but Capital totally turned this lemon situation into lemonade! Finally whenever in the dealership I was always asked if someone could help me.
