Great experience and completely satisfied! Came in with the mindset that I would like to upgrade to a bigger vehicle, but not completely sold on the idea because I still loved my 2014 Escape. Very unhappy I purchased a 2016 rogue love my car our sales man cayle he was wonderful great we had a few fives in the car one was a vent clip to move your vent ba I purchased a 2016 rogue love my car our sales man cayle he was wonderful great we had a few fives in the car one was a vent clip to move your vent back and forth up and down seemed like a easy fix not a problem but after talking to Nissan the part doesn’t exist they have to replace the whole vent .. problem 139.00 plus tax anyway before we knew all this I tool my friend there she bought a 2017 Ford Escape treated great blah blah blah I was told I would get a 100 dollar referral Bonus that was aug 24 so no 100 dollar referal no vent clip they have blown me off to no end don’t go there don’t buy from them no thumbs up here More
