I initially came in to Capital Ford Lincoln in January to look at the new Edge. I was introduced to Judge who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I am an older person who was having trouble getting into and out of smaller vehicles, 2009 Ford Focus was the vehicle I purchased the first time.I returned it with 8015.00 kilometers on it. I was very lucky to have such bright polite and exceptional service from both of these people when I went back and purchased 2011 Ranger, a little higher and harder to park, but I love it. John treats me very professionally in a personable manner and supercedes any sales person I have dealt with in the past. Brittany, knows how to explain the financial end of the purchase very thoroughly. She takes the time to assist you in anyway she can, and someone who comes to work on a day off is very loyal and a great person to deal with. More
