I enjoyed that Phil was very honest through the whole process and did not pressure me - he gave me the time needed to reflect on my choices and the information about the financing. I went to the dealership knowing which vehicle I was interested in and the employees were eager and willing to help me with any questions I had regarding this purchase. Hello, One of the salesman had told me that the Hello, One of the salesman had told me that the dealership would shampoo the interior and detail the interior because it was filthy, but unfortunat Hello, One of the salesman had told me that the dealership would shampoo the interior and detail the interior because it was filthy, but unfortunately that was not done because I found and empty package of gum in the pouch of the passenger side seat. Honestly I should of seen the car when it was clean because someone did a horrible job at using touch up paint on the back of the tail gate which I didn't see earlier because the vehicle was dirty. Overall, I am not satisfied with your service and probably won't recommend you guys to my friends and family. Just thought I would let you guys know so you can improve this on other customers.
