After test driving we realized we were in a better position to purchase a new vehicle versus a newer used vehicle. Our needs of our situation were better met with purchasing new. Our experience from the vehicle that best suited our needs through the negotiations and financing were all very positive. All was completed in a very timely and professional manner. Upon picking up our vehicle we were explained how to use the options in our vehicle before leaving the lot. Val continues to be available to answer some of the questions we have had after leaving. Then was introduced to Leslie Ring who showed us to his office and inquired as to what were looking for, thought about buying new then also talked about a used 2011 ford escape which we took for a test drive and liked it a lot so we talked about a trade in. Les showed us the features on the vehicle which was pretty much what i was looking for, the price was good and the service was great. My car was appraised and the price for it was good so decided to buy. Brittany was very thorough on the contract and financing of the vehicle. Jarrod was very kind and thoughtful in dealing with us. I would recommend Leslie, Brittany and Jarrod to any of my friends or family who were looking for a new or used vehicle. A renewed Ford girl. I relocated to Regina from the Maritimes last fall. After I arrived I came to Capital looking to purchase a new Escape. The experience I had at that t I relocated to Regina from the Maritimes last fall. After I arrived I came to Capital looking to purchase a new Escape. The experience I had at that time was not a positive one. The customer service was very poor as the salesperson was rushing through and did not follow through on contact like he said he would. After this experience, I went directly to other dealerships in the city which was not what I truly wanted as I was already driving a Ford vehicle which I purchased from a close friend at the dealership in my home city. When I attended to Capital on Saturday I was purely there to say that I shopped around before purchasing the Santa Fe through the Hynudai dealership and at the request of my friend/ford dealer back home. I was unaware that there was a large sales event happening. I was greeted by the gentleman hosting the event, Cam and the gentleman working with Cam that day (and I am very sorry that I cannot remember his name has he was a great help during my test drive, and the fact that I asked several times what his was – he’s a dealer at the Casino). I was very up front with Cam and told him that I was very hesitant to be there. Immediately I could tell that Cam was going to be a positive person to work with as his presents as charismatic, friendly and very welcoming. I informed Cam that I was there to look at the used SUV stock and explained that it was purely number based. He took the time to look at the stock and my ‘wish list’ before explaining to me that with the sale happening that a new Escape would be my best option to look at. We went to the lot and looked at the Escapes and found one in my price range. I took it for a test drive and the gentleman working with Cam accompanied me to answer any questions that arose. For only being at Capital a couple short weeks he answered my questions very well and when he didn’t know he was honest and committed to inquiring upon our return. When we returned we met with Cam and figured out the numbers. I was very forth coming with my budget and what I was willing to commit too. Cam asked what he could do to help solidify the sale and he came through on my request and then some. Brittany was also great to work with. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained what I needed explained as it was my first time financing but at the same time she did not assume that I needed everything explained – it was very nice to be asked and to be communicated with on my level. I know that may seem like a little meaningless thing but as someone who is the sole non-financial person in my family I know that not every money person can adjust to the communication needs of individual customers. After my experience at Capital last fall, and the fact that Bennett Dunlop pestered me with constant phone calls after I went there, I did not think that I would ever be a Ford girl again. I am very happy to say that after my experience with Cam and the rest of the Capital team that I am a renewed Ford girl. I cannot thank you all enough for the positive experience. More

Why Buy a Ford I felt very comfortable in the Ford showroom. Despite the showroom being very busy, I was greeted immediately. When I asked to test drive a vehicle, M I felt very comfortable in the Ford showroom. Despite the showroom being very busy, I was greeted immediately. When I asked to test drive a vehicle, MIrnal supplied one in a reasonable amount of time. I was approached several times while my vehicle was being provided, and the other staff employees were very polite and friendly too. MIrnal did not assume that I wanted a ride- along. Then, no ID was asked for which set up a bond of respect and trust. I liked driving the Ford and I liked the promotions. Also, no question was too insignificant to be answered by MIrnal. I would describe the entire time spent at Ford as very good. The facility has a lovely little lounge and clean bathrooms. However, I felt I waited an especially long time for my financial stability to be checked, thus the good rating as opposed to great. More
