There was never any pressure and they answered every question in detail. It was a very warm and welcoming experience of dealing with very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine respectful sales staff that I would invite anyone to also experience. Brett Holloway made it right!!!! Unfortunately my new F-150 had a problem with the ignition 29 hrs after I picked up the truck. My sales person Brett Holloway answered his cell phone Unfortunately my new F-150 had a problem with the ignition 29 hrs after I picked up the truck. My sales person Brett Holloway answered his cell phone at 9:00 PM to assist me. The next morning he drove me to the dealership, helped arrange the tow truck, and provided me with another car while my truck was in the shop. The shop was able to fix the problem in about 2 hours after the truck was delivered to the dealership. Brett Holloway's service after the sale was excellent!!!!!!! More

salesman was great, finance was horrible We purchased 2 vehicles, salesman was Mo. He was great! Finance was horrible waited for 3 - 4 hours. While watching other people walk out with there n We purchased 2 vehicles, salesman was Mo. He was great! Finance was horrible waited for 3 - 4 hours. While watching other people walk out with there new vehicles that came in after us. My wife and I sat there for 10 hours and being told 15 mins and we're all set. Nadia and Mo and even some of the other salesman were not impressed on how long it took. We also printed a 2 coupons off for 25 dollars worth of gas for test driving a vehicle and still haven't seen that. Not impressed. But like I mentioned earlier the sales end with Mo and Nadia were great. More
