Great as always This wasn't our first time buying a vehicle from Capital, but it was our first new vehicle purchase. New car purchase Salesteam were very helpful but a bit intense. They need to know when to step back and relax some. The time it took from beginning to end was longer than hoped given I had indicated time was a concern. Andre had all the vehicles I thought I might want to look at right at the doors apon my arrival which was very much appreciated. Even though It took longer than I had time for, I couldn't be happier with my new explorer! Although the service was good, I was some what disappointed with the overview of my explorer when I picked it up after the propak was completed. It was my salesmans day off and he came in specifically to review and hand over the car. This was the day that worked best for me however it happened to be his day off. I wish he either would have indicated that this was going to be a problem or had someone else review and hand off for him. Although this is my third vehicle purchased from Capital Ford in the past 7 years, and am quite familiar with most features, it may have been nice to go over everything as a refresher incase things had changed and/or moved but i did feel somewhat rushed however I don't think it was intentional. The Internet sale guys could be better, if they send an email they should be responding somehow to that email. I kinda went around in circles with a couple of then and it never seemed as though they had any clue the other was emailing me too. This is an area that can be improved. In addition to that, the "special" sales offers that they send out to repeat customers are not actually 100% accurate and that leads to miscommunication. Overall this has been a decent experience but at the end of the day it's about the vehicle and I couldn't be happier - it's hard to argue a good product when you see one. Just a few kinks in the service that would have made all the difference for the overall experience. More
