It all worked out in the end I had a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 that I had purchased new from Capital Ford. I was repeatedly having problems with the four wheel drive - specifically with I had a 2013 Ford F-150 4x4 that I had purchased new from Capital Ford. I was repeatedly having problems with the four wheel drive - specifically with the front end. The service department couldn't seem to identify the problem. I was getting close to the end of my warranty and I was concerned with the cost of ownership going forward - without warranty. I spoke with my salesman Michael and he came up with a good option to get me into a new F150. I am very pleased with his efforts and my new truck. I am impressed by the improvement in the new truck in just two years. More
