Capital Lincoln in Regina provided false information during a sales discussion for a 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Salesperson Jisong (aka Jason) stated that only trucks and semis in Saskatchewan require mud fl during a sales discussion for a 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Salesperson Jisong (aka Jason) stated that only trucks and semis in Saskatchewan require mud flaps, which is incorrect — Saskatchewan law requires all vehicles, including passenger vehicles, to have proper fender coverage. After I challenged this misinformation and referenced the law, Sales Manager Brett Holloway addressed the issue by including mud flaps at no additional cost. However, this was only done after my communications with Jason, and the initial attempt to present them as an extra charge remains a misleading (and to me an unethical) sales practice. Based on my personal experience, I strongly caution anyone against buying from this dealership. I have since heard other stories of questionable practices from Capital Ford Lincoln. While I cannot confirm those accounts, they are far more believable to me after what I experienced firsthand. More
