The email peaked my curiosity because I was coincidentally considering getting rid of the vehicle for a smaller one. It just so happened Capital Dodge had a 2013 Mazda3 on their lot, which was exactly what I was looking for. Shannon Duncan was extremely courteous in replying to my emails and ensuring I was receiving answers to my questions. I made an appointment to come in with my vehicle and take the mazda for a test drive. The only part of the experience I did not like/appreciate, was when the floor manager applied pressure for me to sign papers that very day for a purchase I was unsure of. I was also disappointed with the amount they gave me for my trade-in, considering they approached ME under the guise of needing more pre-owned vehicles. All in all, the experience was fairly positive, up until the real pricing negotiations occurred. Lastly, I was disappointed they would not give me a break with the significant dents that are on the used vehicle. They would not budge on the price. More

Long Wait in Service scheduled for oil change and check engine light for 10:15 a.m. on a Saturday ... My car didn't get on hoist until 11:30... wasn't out of service until scheduled for oil change and check engine light for 10:15 a.m. on a Saturday ... My car didn't get on hoist until 11:30... wasn't out of service until 12:30 (at which time I had an appointment in Manotick).... engine light indicated I need oil pressure sensor (part on order) it's been over a week and no call from dealership to say whether part is in or not.... as for the service.... if they are being delayed, they should tell us they are behind and maybe offer us a loaner (since it's not our fault they're behind).... a previous visit was just as bad.... were way behind, but didn't notify customers More
