I talked to him on the phone initially, where I expressed what I was looking for. He had an SUV picked out and ready to go when I went to the dealership. Totally loved the 2024 GMC Terrain so much, I didn't even consider looking at other vehicles. Mike was honest, no pressure sales tactics, and was a very genuine person. I was looking elsewhere before he called me, and I truly believe he prevented me from making a bad high-kilometer deal elsewhere. The vehicle I purchased was 2024, with very low kilometers. Mike made me so comfortable, just by being himself. It was truly an awesome experience. Logan in finance was great as well. Everyone that I talked to that day was incredible. No run around, no shady tactics, just treated me like family and delivered on every aspect. I Highly recommend Mike and this Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC. They even have a relationship with a nearby registry to make this a seamless experience. Lots of patience answering my questions, totally awesome all the way around! More

Chris was great, he was really good at what he does! The whole team was all professional except Nizar. All their employees was all great ( Chris, DK, Khloe, Logan and the other Sales Manager ). On the other hand, I find Nizar, rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. My truck wasn't available on the set delivery date that he promised, he was swearing in front of me while doing paper works, i told him I was in a rush when I was signing paper works and decided to teach Logan and let Logan the new manager to do my paper work which looked like he's on his first day at work while Nizar sat outside of the building chatting with his other colleagues. He also registered my truck as personal vehicle instead of commercial, that's why I had to buy a new plate which was unnecessary if he only did his job properly, also had renew my registration because of this. More
