What a pleasure to make a deal with Randi We are from a small rural community and dealing with a large dealership in the city was not something we were looking forward to. However we found a Buick Enclave in Auto Trader that caught our attention. It happened to be from Capital GMC. My call got directed to Randi Westhaver. She was very courteous and provided the details that I needed. She also provided a personalized video of the vehicle within a few minutes and sent it to me. When we finally made it to Calgary to meet with her she was very straightforward and honest and provided answers to the questions that we raised. She did not try to miss lead us or give us faulty information. If she didn’t have the answer, rather than guessing, she would ask the right person and made sure that we felt comfortable with the information. She did not rush us in our decision-making but was available when we needed her. Taylor Goulden, the credit manager, also helped us with putting together a very nice financing option even though we had come with the intention of just buying the vehicle outright. Both Randi and Taylor did a very nice job of looking after us and gave us confidence in purchasing the vehicle from Capital. I would have no hesitation in recommending their expertise to anyone else. Every so often you come across a dealership that treats buyers with fairness and respect. I've bought several new vehicles over the last few years and it is usually a struggle trying to make a fair deal happen. There isn’t any of the typical sales techniques that drive me out the door such as “this deal is only good for today”. Capital on the other hand, was outstanding in every way. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile. From the receptionist through to the General Manager Sean Harms I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I want to also acknowledge Claire Hojnocki who went the extra mile through the selection and deliver of my new Denali. He is professional, listens to what my needs are in a vehicle and never pressured me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Your team was outgoing, responsive, and timely which is so different then the other big city dealerships. Your dealership is 5 stars all the way! The Denali 1500 Grand is unbelievably quiet and smoother to drive, the acceleration is amazing with the bigger engine. Even the stereo sounds better. GM knocked this one out of the park. If it is a quick service I reccomend sticking around d for coffee and donuts in there customer lounge. Every time I have a vehicle in there I ask to, if safe, see it on the lift and get a tech to explain what is happening. I mostly deal with Brian in service and it seems that Clint is always the tech on my trucks. More
