We were immediately helped by a gentleman named “Michael James” who was extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He introduced himself to my boyfriend & i asked what we were looking for then brought us to his office and looked up what kind of vehicles we were interested in in our price range, then showed us the vehicles on the lot, let us look inside & test drive if needed. We also met sales manager “jared Moulds” who was rather helpful too and who did his best to help us out by also allowing us to trade in our old vehicle, and he also sped up the whole process and helped out when he could. We were very interested in the Ford Explorer XLT, Michael then passed us onto a finance Manager named “Nikita Narayan” who was also extremely kind and helpful, who took all our information and got in contact with financing companies and got everything all set up. Within a few days of setting everything up and getting all our personal information & documents together, we walked away with an amazing vehicle that Michael checked out and offered a Free detailing and to have the leather door that was a bit ripped all fixed once my boyfriend came back into town with the vehicle. We truly had a wonderful experience i Highly recommend asking for Michael to be your sales consultant, & if you’re going to finance request Nikita to help. More

Just genuinely kindness and informative information to help me make a decision. I told John Desrosiers what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and he pulled up 4 likely cars I'd be interested in. Thank God! Narrowed down the decision for me which totally destressed me! I liked two of them, test drove them both with John. He knew everything I needed to know about the car. The price was well within my budget and I feel I got an excellent deal! I ended up with the 2015 Chevy Equinox and I am THRILLED with the car, the service and the experience.
