We came to Budds' to not only to buy a car but also to create a very special birthday surprise for my Mom's 60th Birthday, and I am proud to say that We came to Budds' to not only to buy a car but also to create a very special birthday surprise for my Mom's 60th Birthday, and I am proud to say that Basil (the best sales man) and the dealership really blew away our expectations. Basil was incredibly friendly and did not have a typical in your face, pushy salesman approach which we really loved. He took his time to understand what we were looking for and gave us the best options along with as much time as we needed to make the best decision for us. When my Dad told Basil this was a Birthday surprise for my mom he right away suggested that the dealership can put up a banner and birthday balloons and that we can bring my Mom to the dealership and surprise her there, and from that second we knew Basil wasn't just your average salesman ..he was the kind that goes above and beyond for his clients which really made us feel like with this purchase not only are we getting an incredible car, and an amazing surprise but we were also become a part of a new family...The Budds' Family!! We also had the pleasure of doing the finance portion with Rob, he was really great and also took his time explaining all the options we had. He was really friendly and easy to deal with which was also a really fantastic experience. It's safe to say that my mom's birthday surprise ended up being a SMASHING SUCCESS, and we honestly couldn't have done it without Basil and Budds'. We had a decorator come to the dealership to decorate my mom's new car, and even though Basil was with another client he was incredibly accommodating to the decorator and took his time to step away from his client to come and move my mom's car so that it could be decorated how we had imagined.
