My visit to Budd's was a good experience. I am busy at work and I do not have a lot of time to waste chasing a good price and a quality vehicle. Since then she kept in touch to make sure everything is going fine and offered to answer any questions I may have. She has facilitated all paper work and documents needed to get the vehicle registered and went over all the functions of the buttons and the screen displays to make sure I familiarize myself with the proper use and get the most out of the vehicle. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell that they care about their clients. The staff at Budd's were so patient when making a decision as to which car to purchase. The entire process from test driving to signing on the dotted line was amazing and this dealership goes above and beyond with their customer service! This was the first car I have ever bought brand new, and as such I was a bit nervous going into a dealership (worried I might have to meet with the typical 'pushy' salesman). I am so glad that I got to work with Kathryn, as she was so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable right from the get go. Kathryn went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, and not only showed me different models of the Cruze but actually priced out numerous cars (with different specifications, upgrades etc.). She was very easy going and helped me to find a car that was exactly what I was looking for but ALSO within my budget. Bounsay Osylaphet also helped me with financing my purchase, and provided excellent customer service as well. He was very knowledgable and helped me choose the right warranty package given my budget constraints. I am still very happy with my purchase and the great customer service I received at Budd's Chevrolet dealership. I definitely hope to make additional purchases with this dealership a few years down the road as they know the importance of good service and really do value their customers. He was very kind and friendly, accommodating and patient. When we went to the dealership, they were winding up with their big sale so he was very busy. Yet, he was very patient with us and didn't rush us at all. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars that they sell at the dealership. There was no pressure into buying the car that we liked but his apparent sincerity and exceptional customer service is what made us decide to get a car from him. We actually ended up buying a car that was more expensive than the one we originally intended to get. When we bought the car, he took the time to explain the different operating systems. When we got home, we found a couple of missing seals so we called Farid. He ordered them right away and sent them to our home as quickly as possible. This was my first car purchase, which i bought two commercial vehicles at the same time (for my new business), and Mr. Bunni was there to oversee and guide us through the process. I have to commend Business Manager Bounsay Osylaphet as well. He worked hard to arrange the financing and made that process very painless and easy for me.
