I purchased a used car sight-unseen because I live in Windsor and didn't have time to actually look at the vehicle. What initially attracted me to Budds' was the very competitive price, one of the best prices I had seen online for the vehicle during my research and I knew I had to act fast if I wanted to purchase the car or it would be sold. Living in Windsor, I had never heard of Budds' so I did my research and found excellent ratings for them on this site as well as Google. That gave me the confidence to move forward and contact their Sales to find out more about the vehicle. My Sales Consultant was Basil Silas and he was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also returned my calls promptly and even worked with me after my working hours to finalize the sale. Basil took the time to describe the vehicle to me and assured me that it was in outstanding condition and I would not be disappointed, which probably was my biggest concern. Based on Budds' reputation and taking Basil at his word, I made an offer on the vehicle which was accepted. The whole process was very professional and thorough... basically I dropped my old car off, and picked up my new vehicle with brand new plates and drove it home. Basil explained all the documentation to me and had everything ready to go when I arrived. When he showed me the vehicle I was shocked - it looked like a brand new vehicle and he was true to his word... I honestly couldn't have been more pleased. Budds' looks like they really care about customers... the vehicle was even stored inside for our walk around before I drove it away. Finally, Basil took the time to point out the features of the vehicle and even set up my phone to the Bluetooth as my older car didn't have Bluetooth. It's reassuring to know there are dealers like Budds' and Sales Consultants like Basil out there - I would recommend if anyone is looking for a GM vehicle, check this dealer out and ask for Basil. My wife and I's expirience was mostly excilent because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the mino because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the minor dents in the vehicle were repaired and when we picked up the car it had been thoughrally cleaned and waxed, plus the gas tank was filled. The gas tank being filled meant a great deal to me not because of the value of the gas(virtually nothing compared to the purchase price), but because in 1999 I spent $44000 on a new 1ton 4X4 diesel dually and tank was pretty much empty when I picked it up. So it shocked me to say the least that we got a full tank on a used $17000 vehicle. Thanks again Budds and I will be back!!! More

After having many engine problems I discover from Budds Chev. who had to go and rebuild many parts that the Equinox was had alot of engine problems and may continue. I telling you tjhis because I am not please with the way thiis Equuinoq was sold to me. Have said all of that We lease a GMC Acadia due to the facf of the good service we got. Needless to say I let him know that I was in the "looking" stage and not once did he ever pressure me to buy finance or lease, even though chances were he knew most likely he wouldn't see me again. To make a long story short a couple of days later he called me with a vehicle and a price that was hard to say no too!
