Our brand new, state of the art 50,000 square foot facility is designed with you in mind. 24 service bays and a quick lube lane makes your visit here quick and efficient. For car shoppers, up to 19 cars and trucks, new and used, are in our showroom, and when you buy one, you will pick it up in our climate controlled, private delivery area, known as the Launch Pad. purchase 07 king ranch Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of the vehicle with the req'd conditions I asked for. Then upon pick-up, they surprised me with the detailing of the truck, engine wash, paint chip touch up, leather upholstery re conditioning I hadn't specifically asked for....I was buying used, right? Well, the truck looks as near showroom perfect as you can imagine. Upon taking delivery, noticed a few things not seen during the making of the sale.....immediately went into the service area and corrected to my satisfaction. A locked hitch assembly on the receiver was also asked to be cut off as the original owner had not supplied a key for it....done as requested on the spot. Also, only 1 key fob was given at time of delivery....immediately it was ok'd for me to go to a Ford dealer, and purchase another one and then told to send the bill back to Budd. Amazing....I was told that they wanted to make sure that as an out of towner I would be happy, and that only if I was happy, they would be happy...never got this type of philosophy or service before...probably won't get it elsewhere either as I now have a place to go for buying vehicles. Good Used Car Experience Bought a Chev Suburban from Budds. Salesman was Basil and Manager was Rich. Both were great to deal with - very friendly without being overbearing. Has a minor concern in the middle of the process and Rich was very helpful and accommodating to ensure My concerns were completely taken care of. Picked up the vehicle today - was ready on time, very clean and Basil was great and patient to show us all of the key features. Would definitely purchase from Budds again. More

He kept the contact with me and was waiting for me as if I am the best client he's ever had. He was so friendly and helpful. Bill and Bounsay made it very easy for a new comer to Canada who does not have any idea how things work here. Bill stayed with me to the last moment to make sure that everything went smoothly. When there was a delay in receiving my car because I asked for extras to be added, he was understanding and even helped me with a free of charge substitute car for the couple of days needed. I would be proud to have this young, active, hard working and honest young man as a friend of mine if he accepts... true :-) More

Dream Car Experience Completed I went to Budds' unexpectedly to price out a Corvette C7. Upon entering the beautiful facility, I saw the Corvette C7 in the showroom. Henry Drodge I went to Budds' unexpectedly to price out a Corvette C7. Upon entering the beautiful facility, I saw the Corvette C7 in the showroom. Henry Drodge (Sales Consultant) was quick to greet me and explain the car. I found his knowledge of the specific car and overall Corvette franchise to be extensive. I then brought in my Corvette C6 for trade-in appraisal. Budd's awarded me fair market-value for the car and we completed the transaction. With that step completed, I was then transferred to Rob Powell (Business Manager) for payment / financing. Rob was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Rob's dedication to the customer is to be admired. Rob opened up his personal lines of communication off-hours (Saturday evening) to ensure the deal was a success. Upon pick-up day of the vehicle, Budd's was absolutely outstanding. Henry greeted me at the door and had the car detailed to perfection. Henry had all of the paperwork organized (in triplicate) and patiently went through it with me. It's important to note that Henry was not in a rush with this process, and wanted to ensure that I understood absolutely everything about the purchase, car functionality, and safety. I actually had the largest smile on my face driving out of the dealership. I will certainly purchase additional vehicles from Budds' as it was a flawless experience when working with Henry and Rob! Buying my Cruze The thought of visiting dealerships, checking out and test driving vehicles, asking questions, calculating my budget and having to deal with pushy sal The thought of visiting dealerships, checking out and test driving vehicles, asking questions, calculating my budget and having to deal with pushy sales persons (come on, we all think that!!), before deciding on model, year, colour, etc. etc. panic was only one of a myriad of emotions I had to deal with recently! My own car called it quits after 18 years and looking for its replacement seemed to be a worrisome impossibility. I did visit dealerships. I did check out and did test drive some vehicles. And then we visited Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and met Chris Cheevers. The man knows his cars! His knowledge and professionalism made our visit totally pain free, informative and -actually- quite enjoyable!! Doing business with him was definitely a most pleasant experience. Questions were answered quickly, efficiently and always to the point. Worries and concerns were handled tactfully and delicately. Information was readily available. Every car we inquired about he offered us - VERY patiently! - to test drive. I only test drove two as I had already made up my mind. When I opted for the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze LT, Chris assured me of my choice being the right one for me. Even on delivery day, he made me feel I was the new owner of the perfect car!
