Great Experience in Purchasing the New Corvette Stingray Purchasing the new generation C7 Corvette is extremely difficult, as GM has given out very few Corvette allotments to very few Canadian dealerships. I Purchasing the new generation C7 Corvette is extremely difficult, as GM has given out very few Corvette allotments to very few Canadian dealerships. It is especially hard to get an order thru at this time as almost all allotments/orders that any dealers have are filled. After trying for 2 1/2 months to secure an order with various dealers in Ontario, it was Beverly Watt and Craig Taylor at Budd's Chev in Oakville that made it all happen. Beverly and Craig were able to push the right buttons & get a confirmed build date for my Corvette within 2 weeks of placing the order. 4 weeks later, the car got built, & then got delivered to the dealership within 3 weeks after build. Picked-up the car May 12. This has been an unbelievable, exciting & extremely pleasant experience, thanks to Beverly and Craig. They exceeded my expectations and can't thank them enough for making my dream car come true. Tommy D More

Great customer service and quality product After researching and test driving a number of pre-owned vehicles at various GM dealerships, I came across a 2011 Buick LaCrosse at Budds'. I dropped into the dealer to have a look at the vehicle, and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the dealership building and showroom. Also, the car I looked at was in very good condition, much cleaner than other CPO vehicles I had looked at and driven at other GM dealerships. Basil Silas, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the product, warranties, the CPO program, etc.. I decided to purchase the car a few weeks latter, and was ultimately impressed with the price and quality of car that Budds' offered. I also found Rob Powell in the business office to be extremely efficient with providing me with finance options, and following through with relaying information to my insurance company, etc. I would definitely recommend Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC to any one looking for a GM product. But for the record, while we are happy with the purchase/price/vehicle, this dealership's customer service is a 3 on a scale of 10; if it wasn't for the fact that they had what I was looking for and the timing was right, we would of held out and waited for Budd's, as you guys are top notch in the area of customer service! Just wanted to stay in touch to let you know what's happening so that you can update your service records, as we no longer have the 2010 Tahoe.
