Budds who only knew me from my previous GM vehicle, not my current one, offered to help out a.s.a.p. The Budds staff, have raised the bar in dealership customer satisfaction. Starting with Kim Irving booking my vehicle in via telephone, then Juan Ozorco, Tech # 126 ( I did not get his name) and Jenn Parker.
