First showing concern for cost, suggesting not to run a diagnostic until checking whether open recalls were the issue, including speaking with friends in the industry. Juan gave me regular updates. Then worked with several Dodge dealerships/service to find backed up recall part. Juan personally took my car to be serviced near his home, having a friend drive him back to work. Juan is a class act and very efficient. I was very impressed with Juan/Budds service. More

Bill is the type of person who got to understand what we wanted, and helped us with our decision without making us feel obligated. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Equinox, and when it was ready for pick up, he made sure we were comfortable with all the controls and options. He was also very insistent that we give him a call at any time if we had any concerns at all. With Bill's help, we had a very enjoyable experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering making a purchase.
