It only took a couple minutes for my family and I to fall in love with the dealership, we got greeted by everyone who walked by us and were offered coffee and tea numerous of times. It was a warm welcoming place that felt like HOME, unlike other dealerships that greet you with fake "hello's" and "smiles". The receptionist at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bill Coombe helped me find the car I needed, he was a very good listener, patient and most of all very professional. It felt more like a friend was helping me find the car I needed rather than just a Sales Person. As a young buyer I didn't think I would be able to finance a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT but with Bill's and Bounsay's knowledgeable hard work, it was all possible. I have never experienced such good customer service in my life. I could sit here and go on about how great my experience here was. It was nothing but amazing, just excellent. From the moment we were met by our sales person, Basil Silas, we knew we had found the right place. Within a few minutes we had been welcomed half a dozen staff, offered numerous cups of coffee and made to feel right at home. With care and expertise we were led to the vehicle we ended up purchasing, a 2016 Cruze. Basil listened to our needs and concerns and effectively answered them all.
