Do not drive a lot of miles in a day so Volt is an ideal vehicle. All the luxury of my old Flex - Leather , rear backup premiere stereo, with great mileage. Rebates are nice also. One feature missing that was on Flex- power seat, power adjustable pedals. More

From the initial point of contact Farid did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. He is very professional and treats you with the up most respect. One issue we encountered was trying to locate either a black or white car. Farid and his team checked every dealership and wasn't able to locate anything. We finally decided on another option- and i'm so happy we did. Farid was very patient and understanding to my specific requests and did everything he could to make it happen. Since driving away in my new Chevy Cruze he has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. No other dealership i've dealt with has ever put this much thought and effort into their post-sales customer service. Quick, courteous, professional. Needed annual rust protection check and Rear tires TPM were intermittently giving false readings. Within a reasonable time, everything was repaired. Rust treatment was updated, and new TPM sensors installed, tires re- balanced and car was nice & clean. Service department runs smoothly with Shane and I'm very happy I bought my Cruze at Budd's. Highly recommend this dealership. More
