Our initial contact was with Ted - he was the one who responded to our text on a Sunday about a van we were interested in. He asked a few questions and made some suggestions based on our budget. When we went in a few days later, we dealt with Aaron. Aaron spent a lot of time finding out what we wanted and our budget.. When a vehicle came in a couple of days after we went in that he thought we would love, he contacted us right away and texted me pictures. We went in later that evening, Aaron spent a lot of time with us, showing us the vehicle and then we went for a test drive. Phil in Financing was great as well. He explained our payment options clearly and was happy to answer our questions. Everyone in the Dealership is friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. The whole process was stress free and we are very happy with our new vehicle and the whole experience. More

Destroyed my Grand Cherokee The service at this dealership is HORRIBLE. BEWARE before taking your vehicle in for repairs of any kind. I had a nightmare experience when they were The service at this dealership is HORRIBLE. BEWARE before taking your vehicle in for repairs of any kind. I had a nightmare experience when they were repairing my backup camera on a vehicle I literally drove off the lot DAYS before. First, they told me it was an AFTERMARKET camera!! They sold it to me!! after disputing that claim and finally agreeing to complete the work under warrantee the nightmare continued. I ended up returning 7 times for them to repair other items that were broken during the "replacement of the camera". They broke every clip holding on the interior panels of my doors and trunk. When the trunk opened the interior panel was hanging by the internal wires! How do you not notice this!?!?! My passenger seatbelt was also pinned internally in the door panel and not functional, both of my rear light covers had been smashed and my drivers side air vent was smashed and not functional. As I slow discovered each of these items it meant repeated visits to have them repaired, often to be told that the parts were not available resulting in yet another visit. After finally moving past this I have never returned for repairs or work on my Jeep. I only bring the car in for oil changes to keep my warrantee valid. This week, I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. Pretty simple right? I wish... After picking up my car I noticed that the oil was pouring out and leaving huge puddles everywhere. When I brought it back to be fixed I was told that they cracked a gasket. They confirmed that they fixed it, cleaned it up and it was ready to go. When I returned to find my Jeep with a puddle of oil under it, AGAIN, the service centre was closed. I still have ne Jeep, 3 days later, for an OIL CHANGE! More

The staff is always friendly and welcoming and helpful. When you walk through the door the staff all greet you with a smile and hello, and call you by name. With my most recent purchase Shari was wonderful from start to finish and so very patient. She never gave up until the right vehicle was found for me. Blue Mountain has always been so easy to deal with and honest and trustworthy. They stand behind what they sell. As well, Shari and Warren went above and beyond earlier this year to find a vehicle for my daughter. It was her first car purchase and they truly cared. Thank you Shari and Warren..... There also needs to be a bit more honesty about how much they can move on price left or right in comparison to the current market. Finally a bit more professionalism with a view to help the customer at all costs after all...if you are purchasing a $48,000 vehicle you have every right to change your mind on a colour....assessories or whatever it takes to make the customer happy with their large purchase. Phil was also a pleasant gentleman to work with however as the sole financial manager he is an extremely busy man who is unable to always take your calls or have your paperwork complete at an early convenience for you the client. Finally, do not make promises you can not meet. We all know dealerships will say anything to rope you in the beginning like free oil changes or a free loaner car while your vehicle is being modified but once things are signed the promises disappear and your warm welcome and immediate attention quickly disappear. My suggestion to the company is this....communication....customer service and professionalism throughout. Why not take your client into a board room ask them what they want and everyone work together. So many changing hands from the cyber guy to the salesman who needs to check with their salesmanager for every decision then a financial manager for financial approval and back down the chain to make it happen. A lack of communication in your lines starts to show a lack of professionalism to your customers....and remember we read these reviews and talk to people around our city before coming in. Strong leadership like Warren and Jaime are the sole reason the ship is commanded and guided in the right direction. I do recommend you come to Blue Mountain but your research completed prior to and communicate clearly your intent. Know what these machines are worth....what the competition is asking...and stay in a budget you are comfortable with. Great friendly staff....great vehicles....just a bit more fine tuning on the customer service skills needed. More
