Brett was an absolute pleasure to work with. Right off the get go I let him know that I was just looking to do a bunch of test drives in anticipation of paying off my old truck in the next few Right off the get go I let him know that I was just looking to do a bunch of test drives in anticipation of paying off my old truck in the next few months and he was very respectful of that. I decided to list my vehicle for private sale and over a number of return visits for test drives Brett had inquired about my progress. He went above and beyond to get me a trade-in value for my asking price!!! Needless to say, I'm now a proud owner of a new F-150 XLT super crew and I couldn't be happier. Although I didn't purchase my prior Ford truck there, I always had regular servicing and/or repairs done at the Quick Lane or their shop and had nothing but positive experiences there so I decided to give them some business. I will/would definitely recommend Brett, and the whole team, at Big West Ford; they are all professional and courteous. More
