I purchased a extended warranty $ 5223. 75 plus tax with a used truck May 25 2024 and the smart care additional 699.00 plus tax from this dealership. from Eddie in finance after reviewin 75 plus tax with a used truck May 25 2024 and the smart care additional 699.00 plus tax from this dealership. from Eddie in finance after reviewing i decided to cancel both warranty and smart care June 4 2024 in email and called dealership and was told the following week would be paid to the lender 100 per cent refunded. They dealer failed to pay the lender a week later so I called Neil the finance director who told me it would be done in next couple days and its NOT done. Now its June 25 2024 and they still have NOT refunded 6218.88 paid Now when i ask they blame it on a system wide outage or cyber attack well that only actually happened last week not June 4 when the request was made or June 10 when i spoke to Neil to again ask for refunds... Still not refunded ! Would you trust doing business with them? More
