Went in to see a used F-150. Mike was hands down the best Salesman I’ve ever dealt with, he owns a 5 l f150 and answered the things that the Ford website didn’t cover like towing and mpg with the 5.0. Also he arranged delivery to my with, he owns a 5 l f150 and answered the things that the Ford website didn’t cover like towing and mpg with the 5.0. Also he arranged delivery to my home in Grande Praire Ab and saved me the hassle of a long return Edmonton trip. The truck showed up at my door! I would give Mike 6 stars if they allowed it but only can choose 5. Mike took every call explained a ton of things different from my old 16 eco boost to now. An very dedicated professional who knows his stuff and is easy to relate to. I’m very thankful for Mike and Big West for making it so easy to get into a great truck with the options I wanted. Highly recommend getting in touch with Mike prior to buying your next F 150 to get the best advice. More

Big West Ford made it easy for me. Other dealers were screwing me around on price and definitely not willing to give me a deal on the truck. Let's face it, nobody pays full price for a Other dealers were screwing me around on price and definitely not willing to give me a deal on the truck. Let's face it, nobody pays full price for anything if you got half a brain lol. These guys understand that and we're very willing to negotiate a good deal for me! They also located my dream truck from 300km away, brought it to Big West for no extra charge, still gave me all the discounts. Love these guys. Best part is he was willing to do all the negotiations over text so I didn't need to waste hours in a dealership. Got it all agreed to and just had to walk in to sign papers. Easy. Shout out to Mike my salesman and Joe the sales manager who worked this deal for me. You guys rock! More
